Joan currently serves as an assistant chairperson to HFAW and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Gender and Development Studies . He holds a Bachelor of Education (Arts) degree in Secretarial Studies and English. I attained Second Class Honors (Upper Division). She currently works as Director at African Institute of Children Studies (AICS) Training Institute. At AICS Training Institute she does Monitoring and Evaluation through Child Rights Lens (Nov 2015) EU Tendering and Fundraising (Feb 2016). She also worked at Parenting in Africa Network as Trainer of trainers (ToT) in Parenting Skills (Sept 2015),
